Link exchange guidelines:

You must be the owner or web master of the site where you are placing link and logo.
If you are the web master but not the owner of the site you must have the authority to place such links and images on the site.
You are not to place the logo on another chat site without the permission of the owner or administrator. Please respect the owner/administrator of other chats and their right to refuse such a request without question.
Do not place the link and logo on a message forum without the permission of the owner.
Do not altar the image or link information (HTML) contained within.
